Millions of children throughout the world do not have access to basic rights including an education

We believe in the power of education to not only benefit and empower the life of the child, but also their community, and we need your help!

Provide an education for a child in Nepal

There are over 500 students attending the World Youth International School in Nepal and it continues to grow, with plans to incorporate years 11 and 12 in the school in the coming years.

Displaced children in Nepal are also supported to live in WYI's Sapana Dreaming Children's Home. This home provides shelter, education, healthcare and a loving, safe and happy environment for children from all over Nepal. These children receive their education through the WYI School.

You can choose to provide a child at the WYI School with a scholarship for education; or a scholarship for the education plus accommodation and care at the Sapana Dreaming Children's Home where it is ensured that the child also has regular meals, clean water and access to adequate medical facilities and school supplies.

Please note that providing an education scholarship for a child is a minimum 12 month commitment.

There are a variety of options to suit your budget:

Provide an education for a child in Kenya

By providing a child in Kenya with an education, you will equip an underprivleged and vulnerable child, along with their family and community, with opportunity and empowerment, helping to break the cycle of poverty.

World Youth International works in partnership with the Mango Tree, one of Africa's largest Home Based Care providers working with approximately 8000 children in Tanzania and 5000 in Kenya. Their aim is to provide effective and sustainable programs in African communities which improve the well-being of vulnerable children and nurtures them to become self reliant adults.

Your support will provide a student with the following: school uniforms, exercise books and stationery, healthcare and check-ups, psycho-social support, sex education, HIV/AIDS awareness and testing, and sanitary towels.
